Bookings General information about booking accommodation at the Lodge including:
As a club lodge there are some simple things we request of all members and guests staying at the Lodge: - Visitors need to be introduced by a member;
- General cleaning and domestic duties are shared by all guests (Lodge Manager guides you on jobs to be done);
- Bedrooms are to be vacated by 10.00am. Sheets and towels are not provided (sheets can be hired for $5 per set from the Lodge Manager);
- Before leaving: bedrooms are to be vacuumed; bins emptied and all food removed from kitchen;
- To convert 2 rooms into a family suite with own bathroom (applicable to Rooms 3&4 and Rooms 8&9 only), an additional fee of $30 per night applies.
More detail on these points will be advised in your booking confirmation. Winter 2011 Bookings: Winter bookings open on the 14th March 2011. Booking requests from unfinancial members, ie. those who have not paid 2011 subs will not be considered. - Member or Member with guest, minimus of 5 consecutive nights or more (minimus Sunday to Thursday not including Saturday) priority booking period 14th March until 4th April
- Member short stay (1-2 night bookings) open 4th April
- Member with guest short stay open 18th April
- Unaccompanied guest bookings (of any length) open from 26th April

Notes: - Under 18’s rates apply to those children occupying a bed, babies in stand-alone cots etc attract no charge
