- Rooms 3 & 4 (first floor) and Rooms 8 & 9 (ground floor) can be turned into private ensuite configurations – an additional charge of $25 per night applies to have this configuration (min 4 people booked)
- Under 18’s rate applies to those occupying a bed.
- Sole use group bookings – book and pay for 16 beds use 22 beds. Summer only.
- Compulsory $25 cleaning fee per person.
- Optional: $25 bed linen and towel rental fee per person
